		<description>Linda - this is so true!  I went to a conference last year and within a week of returning received personal notes from two people I had met.  I was so impressed by both, it made my day (and a year later I still remember who they were).  I also received several emails, but the personal touch of a good old fashioned hand-written note really was something special.</description>
